We ship worldwide from Abuja, Nigeria using DHL.

Standard Shipping

• Processing: 3-7 Business Days
• Shipping: 3-5 Business Days (USA) | 3-7 Business Days (Canada) | 6-9 Business days (Europe & International)
• Total Delivery Time:
  • USA: 6-12 business days
  • Canada: 6-14 business days
  • Europe: 9-15 business days
  • Australia & International: 9-15 business days

Express Shipping

• Processing: 2-4 Business days
• Shipping: 3-5 Business Days (USA and Canada) | 4-7 Business days (Europe & International)
• Total Delivery Time:
  • US & Canada: 3-7 Business Days
  • Europe: 5-12 business days
  • Australia & International: 5-12 business days

• Weekends and holidays don't count towards delivery times. During busy periods like sales, allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery.
• Double-check your shipping address before you hit the order button! Address changes may not be possible after order is placed. Include phone and apartment/unit numbers where applicable.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders above $500USD from US & Canada may be eligible for free shipping. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

• Some countries charge duties and taxes on imported goods.
• These fees are determined by your destination country and are completely out of our control.
• You'll be solely responsible for paying any duties and taxes levied by your government as shipping costs do not cover these fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you'll cover the cost of returning items as we don't provide return labels at this time.
• A small handling fee will be applied to orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

PRE-ORDERS

• Processing time for pre-order items are stated in the description of such orders and will follow the standard and express shipping times stated above.
• If pre-order item is included, entire order will ship together unless you choose to split for additional shipping fee.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

• Pre-order items will have a "Shipping Starts" date listed in the item description. This is the date they will be available to ship.
• Processing time for pre-orders starts on the "Shipping Starts" date and is 1-3 business days for express orders and 3-7 business days for standard orders.
• If you have a pre-order item in your cart, everything will be shipped together unless you split the order. Note that splitting an order with pre-order items will incur additional shipping costs.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

• If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for possible delays.
